These are absolutely my favorite pair of lounge pants. I actually bought a second pair because I was worried that if they ever wear out I wanted to still have them. They are so so soft and comfortable. I am 5'10 and I bought a large, but I think a medium also would have been fine. They are stretchy so it doesn't really matter - it depends more on how you want them to fit.
